Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with executives, users, vendors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and address business needs. Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and demos while overseeing feature development and enhancements to improve user and customer experience. Track progress against OKRs and measure impact on business goals using data analytics and market research. Support feature intake and quarterly stakeholder feedback processes. Lead and develop a team of direct reports (Product Owner and Scrum Master) to drive product strategy and execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in related discipline or equivalent work experience. 10+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst. Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories (JIRA), and following the development process through user story acceptance. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; familiarity with HubSpot, AWS, and related CRM technologies preferred.
