As a CRM Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the execution and upkeep of our sportsbook merchandising strategy across online and retail channels. You’ll take on more ownership of modules, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and help shape what customers see each day on the app. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s ready to level up from foundational execution to driving improvements, spotting trends, and delivering a polished, customer-first experience. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
