- You have a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce Lightning transformations and driving user adoption across complex organizations.
- You possess deep expertise in Salesforce with hands-on experience architecting and implementing scalable solutions that optimize sales operations.
- You are passionate about leveraging AI-powered Salesforce features to enhance customer experience and automate business processes.
- You excel at building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing Salesforce teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
- You are a strategic thinker who partners effectively with executive stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with broader business objectives and deliver measurable results.
