About The Position

Builds, tests and maintains applications on the Salesforce platform. Works closely with the Director and Senior Director of Enterprise CRM Services and receives guidance from lead developer and Salesforce technical architect.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, including proven expertise in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent force.
  • Track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within scope.
  • Experience working in enterprise settings and with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Agentforce functionalities—designing solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in RESTful and SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • Strong command of workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security configurations.
  • Expertise in data migration, modeling, transformation, and maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot system problems, and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and develop junior developers in a collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up to date with Salesforce innovations and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, and Administrator certifications are highly preferred; additional certifications (App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy custom applications, components, and solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Leverage deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud to deliver scalable solutions that support core business operations and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to streamline quoting processes, pricing strategies, and contract management.
  • Utilize Agentforce capabilities to enhance automation, workflow efficiency, and agent productivity through sophisticated solution design.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and services using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Configure, customize, and automate business processes through workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce implementations, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and adhering to best practices.
  • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle—planning, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and robust security within the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features (including Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud, and Agent force), and industry trends, recommending improvements where applicable.
  • Document technical solutions, architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
