Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred plus attorneys in ten offices, is seeking a CRM Data Entry Specialist to join our busy Marketing and Business Development team, resident in the Buffalo office. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity, completeness, and quality of data within the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be tasked with implementing, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and improve, standard procedures for capturing, cleaning, and updating information in the CRM, including contact information and the meta-data attached to each record. You will work closely with the Marketing team, legal operations, and technology teams to maintain data quality, develop reporting and dashboards, and support segmentation, automation, and analytics initiatives. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to meet deadlines, identify and anticipate needs, and follow through.
