About The Position

A CRM Configurator is a technical specialist responsible for configuring CRM platforms to meet the unique needs of an organization. These professionals play a central role in translating business requirements into functional CRM solutions, ensuring the system is optimized for user productivity, data integrity, and business value. The CRM Configurator is responsible for the following results:

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM configuration or related software roles, with a proven record of delivering technical CRM solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Skilled in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 using built-in tools for entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and user interfaces.
  • Experience managing deployment processes using version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform complex analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents.
  • Configure CRM platforms using built-in tools to configure entities, fields, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and user interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between the CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, customer service platforms) using built-in tools, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Implement data migration, cleansing, and transformation processes to ensure high data quality and integrity within the CRM.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and configurations. Manage deployment processes using version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and support materials for ongoing maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively recommend enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
