Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
  • Minimum1-3 years of experience in business analysis, including gathering requirements, supporting users, and improving system processes.
  • Skilled at gathering, analyzing, and organizing information from stakeholders to define clear requirements.
  • General understanding and curiosity of how systems and processes work.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), particularly in reporting and dashboard creation
  • Organized, detailed, and customer focused
  • A collaborative communicator who thrives in a team environment.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities for improvement, with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with fundraisers, data analysts, and tech teams to design and implement enhancements that support fundraising and donor engagement
  • Recommend best practices for streamlining workflows and strengthening system performance.
  • Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide fundraisers with clear, actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot data and system issues, partnering with technical teams for resolution.
  • Support Gift Services processes by ensuring accurate and timely gift entry and donor support.
  • Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Salesforce features and related platforms.
  • Provide training and onboarding support for new hires to ensure effective adoption of CRM processes
