The CRM Analyst is responsible for managing the adoption and success of the enterprise CRM application (currently Salesforce). With excellent technical and communication skills, the CRM Analyst will report to the Director of Strategic Growth Applications, and will serve as the CRM product expert and liaison between users and the business application support and development teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong database, CRM, reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into CRM/Salesforce-specific terms for technical teams. The successful candidate will have an aptitude for user training and support as well as creating necessary documents or videos to support new initiatives.
