You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor CRM functionalities that align with strategic goals and regulatory standards, helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences and fuel business growth. We're seeking a tech-savvy problem solver with proven experience managing CRM systems-ideally within banking or financial services-and a strong grasp of platforms like 360 View, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Certification in CRM platforms and experience with data analytics tools are highly desirable, as is knowledge of banking products and customer lifecycle management.
