Requirements

6+ years' experience in data center or technical facilities with high school diploma or GED is required.
Due to customer site access requirements, candidates must successfully complete an enhanced background screening process prior to hire.
Strong troubleshooting background.
Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
Familiar with MS Office Programs and the ability to utilize CMMS systems.
HVAC or Electrical with a Journeyman preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, Electrical and Automated Controls Systems in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.
Trouble shoot HVAC, Electrical and Automated Controls Systems in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.
Follow all local and industry safety standards and regulations.
Attend daily maintenance meeting to discuss operations
Assist in creating Maintenance Operating Procedures
Administratively update Computerize Maintenance Management Systems
Perform Electrical power isolation procedures.
Power, bond, level, move and inspect Data Hall rack equipment
Perform routine inspection on specified equipment to verify integrity of systems.
Respond to incidents or instrument failures to prevent or minimize system outages.
Assist with ordering parts for schedule maintenance or identified corrective maintenance.
Perform EOP drills on a monthly basis to training for emergency responses.
Complete all required safety and equipment training, certifications, and licensing.
Complete Risk Assessments prior to performing all maintenance evolutions.
Escort and manage third party vendors on site in the performance of maintenance.
