About The Position

This position manages the design, planning, maintenance, and operational integrity of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems within mission-critical, high-risk, high-reliability environments, specifically Data Centers. The role involves developing and implementing standards to enhance operational efficiency, coordinating proactive monitoring and maintenance to ensure maximum uptime, and planning, budgeting, and scheduling repairs and modifications. The Critical Facilities Tech I is also responsible for providing technical expertise, tasking, training, and oversight to facilities team members, coordinating responses to emergency situations, and monitoring the adherence to facility policies, organizational, and governmental operation and safety standards. This role may involve working with outside vendors and includes responsibilities for selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient function operations. This is an entry-level position, working under close supervision with limited autonomy and clearly defined methods and tasks, requiring little to no prior relevant training or work experience.

Requirements
