An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Critical Care Outreach team for a dynamic, forward thinking experienced Critical Care Outreach nurse who will be able to take on the role of the band 7 within the team . We are looking for a self motivated, adaptable , knowledgeable experienced Critical Care Outreach nurse who can work independently but also as part of team, whilst delivering high standards of safe, effective and dignified care. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong decision making and clinical expertise. Together with a drive for improving the way healthcare is provided, through early recognition and escalation of the management of the deteriorating patient . As part of a the Critical Care Outreach team you will be required to work flexibly, to provide a 24 hour a day , seven days a week service. Advert To demonstrate expert and extensive knowledge in areas such as diagnostics and interpretation of results in order to develop a management plan of care. Utilising enhance skills in areas such as consultation and clinical decision making in a variety of settings. To work autonomously to ensure safe and effective clinical practice. Provide specialist support, advice and education to the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal management of the deteriorating acutely ill patient.
