About The Position

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join HCA MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Qualified Candidates: Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical Care Ability to work Full Time: 15 (12-hour) shifts per month, block scheduling Mix of days and nights Staffing model: 2 MDs during the day, 1 MD and 1 APP at night Medical, CVICU, Neuro ICU Interest in Clinical teaching to support robust GME Program: Residents and Critical Care Fellows Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation with an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, stock options, 401k with company match, disability, CME allowance and days, PTO, and more Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections Appropriate staffing models and flexible scheduling 100% covered occurrence-based malpractice Insurance Employed W2 position Supportive administration and leadership

Requirements
