About The Position

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join HCA Florida West Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. Qualified Candidates: Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical Care Florida License or ability to obtain Full Time,15 shifts per month, block scheduling; mix of day and night shifts Day/night shifts shared equally with all team members (approximately 10 day and 5 night shifts per month) 12-hour shifts covering a 26-bed med/surg closed ICU and 10-bed closed CCU Structure: 2 MDs & 1 APP on day shift (7am to 7pm); 1 MD on night shift (7 pm to 7 am) Average daily patient census 30 GME Teaching Facility with Residents rotating thru the ICU Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation with an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, stock options, 401k with company match, disability, CME allowance and days, and more Strong support system with expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections Appropriate staffing models and flexible scheduling 100% covered occurrence based malpractice Insurance Employed Opportunity
