About The Position

University of Michigan Health Partners (UMHP) is seeking a full-time BC/BE Critical Care Intensivist to join its hospital-employed practice in Lansing, Michigan. UMHP delivers exceptional care in a diverse, family-friendly community and is dedicated to improving access to healthcare across Mid-Michigan. Closed critical care units providing 52 beds of state-of-the-art care to the patients of Mid-Michigan Intensivists provide 24-hour medical management for the sickest patients, with opportunities for procedures and fellow/resident/student teaching Flexible schedule - 14 twelve-hour shifts per month Average census: 12-15 patients Advanced Practice Provider support Certified Stroke Center of Excellence | Level 1 Trauma Center EPIC EMR Located in a B1G University city Recognized as a Top Performer in Quality Initiatives

Requirements

• Eligible for Board Certification within five (5) years of completing an accredited residency program
• MD or DO
• Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job.
