This role operates under the direction of the Program Manager, focusing on short-term, strengths-based, safety-focused intervention tailored to the client's current needs, with services aimed at stability and linkage. The position requires the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching, problem-solving, coping skill development, safety planning, and crisis intervention, including immediate response to emergency referrals.
