Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field (required)
Independent Arizona licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) (preferred) or Associate Arizona licensure (LMSW, LAC) (required)
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain upon hire
Strong clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills
Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced settings
High comfort level with technology and EMR platforms
Commitment to ethics, professionalism, and trauma-informed care

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for both youth and adults in crisis.
Recommend and coordinate the most appropriate level of care in accordance with state guidelines and Mind 24-7 protocols.
Deliver crisis stabilization therapy or brief intervention services as needed.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clear treatment goals and continuity of care.
Accurately complete documentation and service records in the EMR system.
Participate in discharge planning and care coordination to support patient transitions.
Float across units as needed and participate in required trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
