Your role at BHSN: As a Crisis Support Staff I you will assist participants in the crisis respite to learn and apply skills to manage their mental health to stabilize and return to pre-crisis level of functioning with connections to community resources and supports. Shifts Available: We are currently hiring for 2nd shift and overnight (3rd shift) positions. Flexible scheduling options are available, including: 4-day workweek Traditional 5-day schedule Schedules may include weekday and/or weekend coverage , and all positions require availability for at least one weekend day . We offer a $1.00/hr. shift differential pay for all work schedules that start after 3:00pm! What’s in it for you?
