Position Overview We are currently seeking licensed therapists and social workers, as well as those pursuing licensure in Colorado, to join our multidisciplinary crisis stabilization team. As a Crisis Stabilization Clinician at Paragon BHC, you will be responsible for providing urgent behavioral health interventions to individuals under mental health holds and those requiring support as they transition back into the community. This team will also facilitate crisis stabilization programming using an evidenced based model. This team will transition clients to ongoing services that are conducted by our in-home clinical teams as appropriate. In this position you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will serve as a team leader. This position will report to a licensed clinical supervisor of the acute crisis stabilization team. This position requires in-person presence, but residing in nearby towns is acceptable.
