Terros Health is now hiring a Crisis Specialist Support Supervisor at our Kingman Location. Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week Behavioral Health Experience Required, Licensure Preferred (Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field) Arizona Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in Good Standing Position Summary: The Clinical Crisis Supervisor helps develop staff to provide excellent customer service, interventions, documentation skills and problem-solving ability. Provides documented clinical and administrative supervision to crisis specialists according to departmental and OBHL requirements. In addition, responds on-site to individuals in crisis whose issues cannot be resolved by the Crisis Response Network’s Central or Northern Arizona Crisis Call Center telephonically. Utilizing best practices in crisis intervention, the Clinical Crisis Supervisor responds to and supports individuals and families in crisis. Participates in the Crisis Department on-call rotation, as applicable if licensed with the state of Arizona.
