The Crisis Response Team Member provides direct, compassionate, and professional support to individuals and families experiencing domestic violence. This role is responsible for 24/7 crisis response, including answering helpline calls, conducting crisis assessments, and facilitating safety planning to ensure immediate protection and access to resources. Team members evaluate client needs, coordinate entry into emergency safe housing, and provide appropriate referrals to internal programs and community partners. This position supports client safety through monitoring facilities, coordinating safe transportation, and maintaining accurate and confidential documentation. The Crisis Response Team Member plays a vital role in collaborating with law enforcement, external agencies, and internal staff to strengthen client services and ensure a coordinated response to survivors. The role advances the Marjaree Mason Center’s mission by providing immediate crisis support, connecting survivors and families to holistic services, and collaborating with community partners to promote safety, healing, and resilience. This position will uphold a culture of integrity, empowerment, dedication, and collaboration in alignment with MMC’s mission and strategic objectives.
