About The Position

Arisa Health in Searcy is seeking candidates to fill a Crisis Response Specialist position. This person will be responsible for answering calls at our centralized call center in a positive and timely manner. Candidates must have positive, supportive phone etiquette and be able to provide timely referrals to internal and external sources. Prompt response to clients and referral sources is required in this position. A risa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
