As a Crisis Response Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and resources.

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Current licensure or certification in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and maintain composure.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in crisis intervention and mental health services preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in crisis to determine immediate needs and appropriate interventions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
