The Crisis Co-Responder Team Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Co-Responder program in partnership with law enforcement. This role ensures that clinical responders are effectively deployed in coordination with officers to manage behavioral health crises in the field, with a focus on de-escalation, diversion from emergency departments and jail, and connection to community services. As a Crisis Co-Responder Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising program staff in both the Cherokee and Clay counties, coordinating with first responder agencies, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and managing all performance and outcome reporting. This position plays a key role in building relationships with local partners, improving response workflows, and tracking results that demonstrate impact.
