UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor is seeking a passionate and driven Crisis Clinician Associate to join their Crisis Intervention team. This team provides 24/7 crisis services through phone support, mobile response, and walk-in assessments. Under the guidance of the Crisis Clinician Supervisor, the associate will offer compassionate care to individuals of all ages facing self-identified crises. Responsibilities include crisis counseling, de-escalation, clinical assessment, coordination of services, and meeting with clients within the community. This is a night shift position, 11p-6a, four days per week, with a schedule built on a six-week rotation. Some weekends and holidays will be required. The dress code is business casual, and on-site parking is provided at no cost.
