Full-time, permanent position Schedule: Mon-Fri Oversee crisis center operations and clinical care, including staff supervision, interagency coordination, and performing direct clinical assessments and crisis calls. Manage departmental performance, including employee training and hiring, quality and customer-service metrics, budget support, and service-recovery activities.
