Pawnee Mental Health is a non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving 10 counties across North-Central Kansas. Our crisis teams respond when people are overwhelmed, unsafe, or unsure where to turn — and right now, we need compassionate professionals ready to step in and help. This role directly supports individuals in crisis and helps keep people out of emergency rooms, hospitals, and the justice system by connecting them with timely, community-based care. As a Crisis Case Manager, you are often one of the first people someone sees during a mental health crisis. You’ll work in the community alongside a clinician or peer support specialist, providing in-person support, helping de-escalate difficult situations, and guiding individuals toward safety and ongoing care. This is meaningful, fast-paced work for someone who stays calm under pressure and truly wants to make a difference in people’s lives.
