About The Position

A McDonald’s Crew Trainer is a critical part of the team, performing all duties of a crew member while also mentoring new team members. Responsibilities include greeting customers cheerfully, taking their order, operating the register, operating kitchen equipment to prepare and grill food, assisting with keeping the restaurant clean, and ensuring everything is fully stocked. Additionally, Crew Trainers are responsible for providing training on each station within the store to new team members.

Requirements

• Ability to Read and Write
• Possess Basic Computer Knowledge
• Ability to count money and accurately give change
• Have a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Work as a member of a team
• Manage Time effectively
• Must be 16 years of Age
• at least a 9th Grade education

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers cheerfully
• Take their order
• Operate the register
• Operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary
• Assist with keeping the restaurant clean
• Ensuring everything is fully stocked
• Providing training on each station within the store
• Greeting customers with a smile
• Take accurate food orders
• Properly preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Continually monitor Restaurant Cleanliness
• Ensuring items are well stocked
• Ability to Train and mentor new crew members
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Lead by example
