About The Position

As a Crew Operations Manager at Window Hero, you’ll manage lead, coach, and inspire multiple cleaning technicians to deliver 5-star window cleaning and pressure washing services across your territory. You will ensure that jobs are completed to standard, customers' needs are met, and equipment is maintained and in stock. This will include on working on job sites and completing jobs. You’ll be responsible for team productivity, customer satisfaction, and KPI growth, acting as the bridge between the office team and field operations. Requirements

  • Leadership experience (team or operations management required)
  • 1–2 years in window cleaning, pressure washing, or similar field preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • Strong organization and accountability mindset

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years in window cleaning, pressure washing, or similar field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct morning team meetings to review goals, schedules, and KPIs.
  • On the job with crew.
  • Lead by example in professionalism, safety, and customer interaction.
  • Ensure crews are on-time, equipped, and aligned with the daily plan.
  • Oversee daily and weekly job scheduling for all crews.
  • Manage time-off requests and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Communicate promptly with customers about delays or changes.
  • Track crew productivity, job quality, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct field inspections and coach team members as needed.
  • Hold crews accountable for hitting daily and weekly targets.
  • Respond to all customer calls or texts within 5 minutes when possible.
  • Maintain all vehicles and equipment in safe, working condition.
  • Oversee chemical and supply inventory to prevent downtime.
  • Conduct working interviews and assist with onboarding new technicians.
