About The Position

Mom & Pops is a well-established quick-service grill and convenience store. A longtime local favorite, the store is known for its made-to-order meals, friendly service, and consistent quality. We’re seeking a reliable and customer-focused Crew Member to support daily store operations, ensure accurate transactions, prepare food safely, and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements

• Weekend Availability (required)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior cashier, cook, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cashier, cook, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments by cash or credit card
• Accurately count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Prepare and cook made-to-order food items while following food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
• Stock and replenish merchandise and food items as needed.
• Assist with inventory control and proper rotation of perishable items.
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful, friendly service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
