As a Bojangles Crew Member, you will be a key part of the customer experience— preparing delicious food, maintaining clean workspaces, and working as part of a tight-knit team that values excellence and community. Requirements

A positive and cheerful attitude.
A desire to serve and help others.
Dependability and reliability.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Basic math skills (for cashier positions).
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests with a smile and welcoming attitude.
Accurately processing payments and handling change.
Explaining menu items and answering customer questions.
Preparing and serving food that meets Bojangles' quality standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and kitchen as well as the outside of our Bojangles
Some roles may require the successful completion of Bojangles University (BO University) training to support skill development and operational standards.
