About The Position

As a Crew Member for Traditions Hospitality Group, you will play a dynamic role in both the front and back of house operations. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting kitchen functions, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Your versatility, teamwork, and dedication will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences that keep our guests coming back.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions from supervisors.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure the accuracy of all payments.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, assembling dishes, and packaging items for takeout.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including dining room, kitchen, and prep stations.
  • Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste properly.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.
  • Adhere to established portion control and food presentation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with inventory management by stocking and rotating ingredients and supplies.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
