About The Position

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and withstand extended periods of standing and physical activity.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashing machines.
Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized according to established standards and procedures.
Organize and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including disposing of waste and recycling materials.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to support efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours.
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and managers to meet operational needs and guest expectations.
