About The Position

The Crew Member position plays a vital role maintaining our “best-in-class” playing surface at Daikin Park! Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Perform general baseball field maintenance including preparing, maintaining, and repairing all field, bullpen, and batting cage areas as needed, mound and plate repair, painting, warning track maintenance, batting practice set-up and tear down, tarp pulling, etc. Assist with turf grass management including edging, sodding, aerating, irrigation repairs, as well as assisting with fertilizer applications. Assist in all field activities. This will include, but is not limited to concerts, corporate sponsorship events, community relation outreach programs, postgame concerts, as well as high school and college games. Assist with general equipment repair and maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in playing field maintenance of professional baseball sports stadiums.
• Possess a strong ability to problem solve.
• Ability to lift, carry and transport up to 50lb.
• Must have superb attention to detail.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work day, night, weekends and holidays.
