Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards and practices.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and make sandwiches and other menu items with speed and accuracy.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the food preparation areas and dining space.
Handle cash register operations accurately including processing payments and giving change.
Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
