About The Position

We are seeking to hire a Crew Leader. Under the general supervision of the Employment Supervisor, this individual coordinates the day-to-day functions of CSS custodial services work crews at assigned contracts and manages those aspects necessary to maintain that site. The Crew leader provides hands on cleaning, training, and support at the contract sites to individuals served by CSS Inc. or other referral sources.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Four years experience in custodial services.
• A car and valid Ohio driver’s license and insurability through the agency’s insurance carrier

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure ongoing communication with assigned contract site.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned sites
• Responsible for hands on cleaning as needed
• Provide supervision to Commercial Cleaners and/or Day Porter.
• Provide quality control of contract sites.
• Coordinate work assignments and provide training to workers.
• Communicate work and behavioral issues to staff and complete necessary paperwork required by CSS and assigned contract.
• Work with assigned supervisor to help maintain contracts and budget
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
