You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality projects while ensuring daily safety, efficiency, and performance standards are met. Requirements

Proven, hands-on experience with Line Striping and Seal Coating (required)
Ability to operate striping machines, sealcoat systems, and related pavement maintenance equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (Driver’s Abstract required)
Reliable personal transportation
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in physically demanding conditions

Nice To Haves

Asphalt maintenance experience (crack fill, patching, repairs) is a plus but not required
Experience with small engines, paint sprayers, or similar equipment is a plus
Construction or pavement maintenance experience preferred
Engineering or technical background is an asset

Responsibilities

Operate specialized equipment for line painting, crack filling, seal coating, and power washing
Lead and train a crew of technicians, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to EverLine standards
Conduct daily safety checks, briefings, and job progress reports
Submit daily worksite documentation and bi-weekly payroll summaries
Communicate job status with the Operations Manager
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
Train new staff on the “EverLine Way”
