What You'll Do- As a Crew Lead, you'll be the hands-on leader of your crew, working directly in the field while overseeing projects from start to finish.

Requirements

Previous experience in pavement maintenance, line striping, asphalt work, construction, landscaping, or a related hands-on field (preferred but not always required — we value attitude and willingness to learn)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
Mechanically inclined with comfort using tools, small machinery, and equipment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
Physically fit for outdoor work (lifting, standing, bending, etc.)

Responsibilities

Leading a small crew of technicians on daily jobs, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring everyone works safely and efficiently
Performing and supervising pavement maintenance services such as line striping/painting, crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, minor asphalt repairs, and other related work-always with an eye for superior quality workmanship
Operating and maintaining specialized equipment and tools (training provided if needed)
Planning job sites, preparing materials, and executing projects to the highest standards
Interacting professionally with clients on-site — answering questions, addressing concerns, and representing EverLine with pride
Ensuring all work meets safety protocols, quality standards, and deadlines
Reporting progress, materials used, and any issues to management
Helping train and develop crew members to build a stronger team
