About The Position

The Crew Lead oversees residential solar installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on expertise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ year of solar install experience; 6+ months in a lead role
• Electrical and roof racking experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Skilled with hand/power tools and training others

Responsibilities

• Supervise full installation process and jobsite safety
• Oversee rooftop and ground mount system installs
• Communicate with Roof Lead and Branch Manager on job updates
• Mount racking, modules, and electrical components
• Complete job documentation and collect required photos
• Manage team productivity and job site cleanliness
• Safely operate company vehicle and manage truck inventory
• Troubleshoot and resolve install issues
• Attend training and travel as required
• Perform other duties as needed
