Requirements

3+ years of landscaping or lawn maintenance experience.
Ability to lead a crew and maintain accountability.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical, hands‑on work daily.
Comfortable working outdoors in all Minnesota conditions.
English required; Spanish a strong plus.

Nice To Haves

Prior crew lead or foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a crew daily and keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule.
Train and coach crew members on quality, speed, safety, and professionalism.
Ensure properties look perfect before leaving (no rushed or unfinished work).
Maintain high‑end quality standards on every visit.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers.
Load/unload and secure equipment properly (trailers, mowers, tools, etc.).
Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and in good working order.
Report equipment issues and job site concerns immediately.
Support seasonal work including cleanups, mulch installs, bed work, and snow operations.
