Requirements

Proven management experience in the hospitality industry
Sound knowledge of the food service industry
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

High School diploma or GED
Minimum Age is 18 years.

Responsibilities

Assist Management with leading teams through shift or dayparts
Supervise the activities of crew members.
Ensure all stations are staffed, stocked, organized and ready to meet goals
Maintain a clean, friendly and welcoming restaurant for our guests
Oversee break rotation and delegation of tasks during peak and non-peak operational hours
Assist with training new team members in their area of responsibility
Ensure service in all areas meet the standards for quality and cleanliness
Educate crew members on proper food handling procedures and guest service
Handle guest complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve any issues
