As a Member Services Contact Center Representative , you will be the first point of contact for members and potential members through phone, email, online banking, and other virtual channels. You'll assist with account inquiries, transactions, new account openings, and loan applications while delivering exceptional service and support. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid/remote position , following a minimum 30-day in-person onboarding and training period .
