Oversees and administers support services in the outsourcing of commercial and residential real estate appraisals, valuations, and review activities; environmental report reviews and risk rating process; and third-party vendor management. Works closely with the Chief Credit Officer to ensure that all banking regulations and CPB policies regarding supervised processes are met. Ensures quality and timely service in ordering, tracking, delivering, reviewing, and reporting. Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner that is expressly aligned with the Company's Core Values of approaching all actions with a “Voyaging Spirit” and being “Positively Ohana”.
