The Credit Portfolio Manager I (CPM) performs financial analysis to support credit decisions on new and existing commercial loans. The position is part of a team of underwriters covering a geography including Central and Northern New Jersey. The CPM manages a designated portfolio of commercial loans, including investment commercial real estate and general C&I lending. The CPM assesses credit risk and recommends credit structures and solutions that align with customer needs and Bank risk appetite. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with loan documentation, Bank policy, and regulatory requirements while monitoring overall risk profile of the assigned portfolio.
