The Credit Manager will be responsible for approving or declining and issuing lines of credit to customers; conducting credit investigations, ensuring customers with delinquent accounts are contacted and proper collections procedures are followed. Assists in processing credit applications in store or over the phone, receives payments on accounts and creates sales contracts. Conducts daily collection calls to customers with payments due or to customers with past due accounts via telephone and home visits as needed.
