Job Overview The Credit Bureau Dispute Analyst researches, resolves, and processes internal and external credit bureau disputes in compliance with FCRA regulations and established company procedures. This role uses E-OSCAR, ACDV Batch, and G360 systems to ensure accurate credit reporting and timely dispute resolution. The Credit Bureau Dispute Analyst conducts thorough investigations, prepares clear and compliant responses to written and electronic customer correspondence, and supports the integrity and accuracy of enterprise credit reporting.

Requirements

  • Regulatory Compliance & Credit Knowledge – Ability to apply FCRA requirements and credit card regulations accurately when researching and resolving disputes.
  • Dispute Investigation & Analysis – Strong capability to conduct detailed account investigations by analyzing customer data, account history, system records, and supporting documentation.
  • Credit Systems Proficiency – Experience working within credit and dispute management systems, including E-OSCAR, ACDV Batch, G360, and related platforms (RPLID/FDR preferred).
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy – Proven skill in producing precise, compliant dispute resolutions while meeting strict regulatory timelines.
  • Written & Verbal Communication – Ability to clearly and professionally communicate dispute findings and resolutions through written correspondence and internal discussions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Capacity to partner effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely dispute outcomes.
  • Trend Identification & Problem Solving – Skill in identifying recurring issues, process gaps, or error trends and escalating insights to leadership.
  • Technical & Office Tools – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support documentation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support all credit bureau dispute functions through cross-functional collaboration and shared responsibilities.
  • Review, research, and resolve external credit bureau disputes received through E-OSCAR, ACDV Batch, and G360, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Investigate and process internal credit bureau disputes routed through designated queues, maintaining accuracy and adherence to established timelines.
  • Conduct comprehensive account investigations by analyzing customer information, account history, system data, and supporting documentation to determine appropriate resolution outcomes.
  • Partner with internal departments to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and support timely dispute resolution.
  • Identify trends, recurring errors, or process gaps and escalate findings to leadership for review and corrective action.
  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance & punctuality
