CR&R is seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Manager to lead all aspects of the credit and collections operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting both commercial and residential customers across multiple states and operating entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Extensive credit and collections leadership experience
• High-volume, metrics-driven environment experience
• Multi-state or multi-entity operational exposure

Responsibilities

• Lead credit and collections strategy across B2B and B2C customers
• Evaluate credit risk and approve limits and terms
• Drive collections performance and dispute resolution
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance
• Use data and reporting to identify risk trends and improvement opportunities
