This position supports the financial operations of both organizations and plays a critical role in facilitating responsible growth across our expanding customer base. The successful candidate will drive sound credit decisions, manage risk exposure, and collaborate cross-functionally to support sustainable business growth across both partner organizations. Position Summary The Credit Analyst is responsible for evaluating credit data and financial information for individuals and businesses applying for credit or loans. This position assesses risk exposure, determines creditworthiness, and supports decision-making regarding loan approvals, credit limits, and terms (including interest rates). This role prepares detailed financial analyses and reports to guide management decisions and works closely with remote sales representatives and internal departments to support customer acquisitions and ongoing account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit and collections environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients’ credit data and financial statements to assess lending risk
  • Prepare comprehensive credit analysis reports and risk assessments
  • Review client records and recommend appropriate payment structures or credit terms
  • Complete loan applications, credit analyses, and loan summaries for management approval
  • Calculate and interpret financial ratios using internal systems and software
  • Communicate with credit associations and references to verify credit information
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to manage credit exposure and financial orders
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce risk of disputes
  • Communicate directly with clients to verify financial transactions and resolve credit-related concerns
  • Support remote sales teams in acquisition-related credit evaluations
