About The Position

Citizens Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Administration Assistant to support our SVP/Credit Policy Officer with credit administration and loan committee processes. This non-exempt role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to work with multiple lenders and occasionally external customers. Occasional travel to various bank locations is required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • Prior banking experience required; loan experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and personally owned vehicle
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours and travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Review credit requests for completeness
  • Prepare and organize credit packages, agendas, and minutes for loan committees
  • Coordinate loan documentation with Loan Processing
  • Scan and maintain virtual credit files in Search Express
  • Assist with audit/exam requests, financial tracking, and special projects
  • Support annual approved appraiser processes
