About The Position

As our Credit Administration Officer, you will support the Bank’s lending operations through training, documentation review, and operational coordination. This role facilitates training for new team members, reviews loan documents for accuracy and compliance, analyzes loan transactions, and assists with workflow management and special projects. This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week which are scheduled at the discretion of the supervisor. Hours vary depending on business needs. What you’ll need to be our Credit Administration Officer: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Management. Fifteen-plus years of experience in Loan Documentation on all types of consumer and commercial loan transactions with emphasis on consumer real estate and complex commercial loans. Five-plus years of loan processing experience or seven-plus years of equivalent experience. Advanced knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code, Regulation B, C, Z, RESPA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other federal and state regulations on lending and consumer compliance. Advanced knowledge of documentation requirements for loan to individuals and legal entities and loan documentation requirements for multiple states. Provide additional oversight to the Loan Processing work queue to ensure loan transactions are processed withing the requested time. Act as point of contact for front-line lending positions regarding questions about processes and procedures. Assist in training new team members.
